Who writes RightMassager

RightMassager is written and edited by B Mishra. B researches each guide from primary sources: manufacturer specifications and manuals, current retailer listings, warranty terms and published research from organisations such as Cochrane, the NHS, Mayo Clinic and the American College of Physicians.

We’re not doctors or physiotherapists, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Where a product touches on a health condition, we link to the medical source and tell you when to see a professional.

How we research and rate products

• We say whether we’ve tested something. Most of our guides are research-based comparisons, not hands-on tests, and each one says so in a “How we chose” box.
• We check current listings. We note the price range, the seller and whether an item is in stock, with the month and year we checked.
• We use published specs. If a manufacturer doesn’t publish a spec, we say so rather than guess.
• We look for patterns in owner reviews. We weigh both the average rating and how many people have rated a product.
• We check health claims. We remove claims that the evidence doesn’t support, even if a manufacturer makes them.
• We update discontinued products. When a product we reviewed is no longer sold, we say so and point you to current alternatives.

How we make money

RightMassager is free to read. We earn a commission when you buy through some of our links, at no extra cost to you. We’re a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, and we’re affiliates of some brands through the Awin network, including Real Relax, Opove and Miko.

Commissions never decide which products we recommend or how we score them. When a product is cheaper from another seller than from a brand we work with, we say so. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Corrections and updates

Prices, stock and models change often. We review our guides regularly and show the date each page was last updated. If you spot an error, a broken link or a product that’s no longer available, please contact us and we’ll check it.
