Which Kahuna massage chairs are worth buying in 2026?

The Dios-Hani is Kahuna’s lower-cost compact chair at around $1,790–2,000 (October 2026), but it’s only rated for users up to 198 lb. The Dios-7300 fits users up to 6′5″ and is in stock on Amazon, though Kahuna’s own store lists it as pre-order. The Dios-1288 is the premium option at around $18,000.

Key takeaways

  • This Kahuna massage chair review compares the brand’s current range, rather than treating every Kahuna chair as an LM-6800.
  • The Dios-Hani and Dios-7300 are in stock on Amazon from USA Massage Chair, a seller linked to the company behind Kahuna.
  • The Hani manual’s 198 lb restriction matters more than its compact appearance. Its 110V specification also matters for UK buyers.
  • Dios-6800 and direct-store Dios-7300 orders are pre-orders. Flexa is sold out. Stock status is specific to the seller and model.
  • Warranty terms vary. Direct-store returns carry freight costs and a 15–35% restocking fee; this is not a free home trial.

Kahuna as a brand: warranty, service and where it is sold

Kahuna sells through its own online store and authorized online and offline sellers. Its current catalogue centres on the Dios range. That makes older reviews confusing: a feature from the LM-6800, SM-7300 or EM-8500 should not automatically be carried into a review of another model.

On Amazon, Kahuna chairs are sold by USA Massage Chair. Its business name and Los Angeles address match the company behind Kahuna. Sellers can change, so check the seller is still USA Massage Chair at checkout.

Read the actual warranty agreement

Kahuna’s general policy says protection depends on the model and purchase agreement. Selected models may include two- or three-year premium in-home service, with paid support available afterward. Purchases from unauthorized third parties are excluded. Commercial use can reduce or remove protection, and open-box items have separate terms.

The product pages label Hani “1-Year Extended Warranty with Express Service,” Dios-7300 “2-Year Extended Warranty with Express Service,” and Dios-1288 “3-Year Extended Warranty with Express Service.” The accompanying wording does not clearly establish a complete base-plus-extension schedule. We therefore do not present these as confirmed totals of comprehensive cover. Before paying, get the duration, parts, labour, technician visits, structural cover and geographical limits in writing.

Service and delivery

Kahuna has an online service-request form and a support line, 1-855-646-9500. Its policy describes in-home repair where applicable. We haven’t tested how quickly it responds.

Standard direct-store shipping covers a curb, driveway or accessible ground-level entrance in the contiguous US. Inside placement and assembly are not included. Product pages quote a $600 white-glove option; stairs, extra personnel and access problems can add charges. The shipping policy lists Canadian and international arrangements, with import costs payable by the buyer. Confirm delivery and electrical compatibility separately for a UK or Canadian order.

The return costs are substantial

Kahuna’s direct-store policy allows returns within 30 days, but you need the original packaging, you pay return shipping, and there’s a 15–35% restocking fee. White-glove delivery is non-refundable. Amazon orders follow the seller’s own return policy, so check it before you buy.

The Hani is the sensible starting point if you want a compact massage recliner rather than a large enclosed chair. Its separate ottoman supports the legs, while the chair provides back massage and hip airbags. The advertised features include back and waist heat, Bluetooth audio, quick controls and USB charging.

Its lower price makes it easier to consider than the Dios-7300 or Dios-1288, but the weight limit changes the recommendation. The manual says not to use it above 198 lb, about 90 kg. Kahuna doesn’t publish a full height range, so if you’re tall, ask Kahuna to confirm the fit before you order.

Kahuna’s own store had it at around $1,790–1,800 in October 2026, and Amazon at around $1,990–2,000. Delivery and return terms differ between the two, so compare them as well as the price.

What we like

  • Lowest advertised direct price in the current five-model range.
  • 52-inch SL-track and adjustable intensity.
  • Separate ottoman and a less enclosed furniture style.

Watch out for

  • 198 lb user restriction rules out many buyers.
  • No published height range or wall-clearance figure.
  • The manual specifies 110V; importing needs separate checks.

Best forLighter buyers who want a compact recliner and can confirm a comfortable fit.

Skip it ifYou weigh over 198 lb, are tall and can’t confirm the fit, or want the leg massage of a full-size chair.

198 lb and 110V are buying limits, not footnotes

For the Hani, use the manual’s 198 lb restriction. Its 110V specification is not a 230V UK compatibility promise. A plug adaptor alone does not change voltage. Ask Kahuna about the correct local version and warranty before importing; we are not recommending a transformer setup.

Manufacturer fit maximum6′5″ / 360 lb
Amazon offerBeige, sold by USA Massage Chair
Direct-store statusPre-order

The Dios-7300 is the most relevant current Kahuna candidate for a larger or taller buyer. Kahuna’s page explicitly gives an upper fit of 6′5″ and 360 lb. It combines upper- and lower-body mechanisms, adjustable massage settings, body scanning, an open-toe foot section and calf rollers. The “7D” label describes a 4D-plus-3D arrangement, not seven independent directions of movement.

It’s an expensive chair. Amazon had the beige version at around $9,490–9,500 in October 2026, in stock with dispatch in three to four days. Kahuna’s own store lists direct orders as pre-order, so if you want it soon, Amazon is the quicker route.

The listing also promotes wellness sensors. We do not treat those readings as diagnostic evidence or repeat claims that this chair treats circulation problems or high blood pressure. The reason to shortlist it is the published fit maximum and massage equipment, not medical promises.

What we like

  • Manufacturer explicitly identifies a tall-user maximum.
  • Independent upper- and lower-body mechanisms.
  • In stock on Amazon from a Kahuna-linked seller.

Watch out for

  • Manufacturer-direct orders are on pre-order.
  • Minimum height not published.
  • High price and warranty details that need written clarification.

Best forTaller buyers who fit within the stated maximum, can verify personal fit and accept the cost.

Skip it ifYou want a budget chair, need a confirmed minimum height, or want to buy direct from Kahuna and receive it soon.

Lower-body featuresCalf and foot massage
Direct availabilityPurchase option shown
Warranty3-year extended label; full schedule unclear

The Dios-1288 sits far above the other models on price. Kahuna advertises two 4D mechanisms, smart body scanning, zero-gravity recline, leg and foot equipment, and touch and side controls. Its brochure describes the dual arrangement and available programs, but feature quantity does not establish better comfort for your body.

Kahuna’s own store lists the white Dios-1288 as available to order. We couldn’t find the same chair on Amazon, so there’s no Amazon button here.

Kahuna doesn’t publish a full height range, weight limit or wall-clearance figure for this model. At around $18,000, arrange an in-person fitting and measure your room before ordering. It’s a premium chair to look into, not our top pick.

What we like

  • Dual 4D mechanisms for separate massage coverage.
  • 24 automatic programs and manual adjustment.
  • Direct-store purchase option available at the time checked.

Watch out for

  • Very high price.
  • Kahuna doesn’t publish its height or weight limits.
  • No confirmed Amazon listing and no hands-on assessment.

Best forBuyers with a premium budget who can try the chair and obtain written fit and warranty details.

Skip it ifYou want value for money, or need published sizing before you shortlist a chair.

Models to watch rather than buy now

Dios-Flexa: sold out

Kahuna’s Flexa page showed sold out in October 2026. It lists a 4D mechanism, 56-inch SL-track, 181° recline, three zero-gravity positions, calf rollers and an extending footrest. The listed price was around $8,490–8,500, but it can’t be ordered right now.

LM-6800 history and the Dios-6800 successor

The LM-6800 no longer appears in Kahuna’s current massage-chair catalogue. Its old product page has gone, though Kahuna still lists the owner manual for existing owners.

Kahuna describes the Dios-6800 as the upgraded LM-6800 successor. Its published features include two 3D mechanisms, a 50-inch SL-track, nine automatic programs and three zero-gravity positions. The advertised direct price was around $3,790–3,800, October 2026, before a separate pre-order promotion. It is on pre-order. We’ll review it properly once it ships.

Specifications for the older LM-6800 should not be used to judge the current Dios models. Check each chair’s own published features and manual.

Before ordering a Kahuna chair

  1. Confirm your personal fitUse the exact model’s manual and a written seller response. Do not borrow another Kahuna model’s height range or weight allowance.
  2. Measure the whole delivery routeCheck doorways, turns, stairs, reclined length, rear clearance and any separate ottoman. A compact chair can still need substantial usable floor space.
  3. Check the seller at checkoutMake sure the seller is still USA Massage Chair or Amazon itself. Amazon product pages can switch to a different seller.
  4. Request the warranty scheduleAsk who pays for parts, labour, travel and transport in each year, and whether service covers your location.
  5. Calculate the return exposureRead the actual seller’s terms, keep the packaging and budget for freight and any restocking fee.

Talk to your doctor first if…

You are pregnant, recently had a blood clot or heart attack, take blood-thinning medicine, or have a bleeding disorder, fractures, severe osteoporosis, healing wounds or nerve damage. Mayo Clinic’s guidance concerns massage therapy generally; it does not establish that these chairs are suitable for a particular condition. Follow the chair manual and stop if massage is painful. These are relaxation products, not treatments or substitutes for medical care.

Kahuna alternatives in stock now

If the Hani’s 198 lb restriction rules it out, compare these two live Amazon alternatives from our best massage chairs under $2,000 guide. Amazon prices can exceed the guide’s direct-brand prices. Both offers below were checked on October 27, 2026.

Real Relax Favor-06: a lower-cost option above the Hani’s limit

Published fit 5′0″ to approximately 6′1″

4′10″5′9″6′8″

The Favor-06 provides a 3D SL-track, body scanning and zero-gravity recline. Its manufacturer’s product page lists height guidance as 5–6.1 ft; our comparison guide expresses the upper end as about 6′1″. Published weight figures conflict: the Amazon comparison chart gives 300 lb while other brand material says 400 lb. Plan around 300 lb and get written confirmation if close to that limit. This is not a recommendation for users taller than that range.

The Favor-06 (2026 version) was in stock on Amazon from Real Relax at around $1,490–1,500, October 2026. It suits buyers up to about 300 lb who are within its height range.

Real Relax PS5200: more massage adjustment, with a shorter height ceiling

Published fit 5′0″ to 6′0″

4′10″5′9″6′8″

The PS5200 has 4D rollers, an SL-track, 20 automatic programs and two-level zero gravity. Real Relax specifies 5′0″–6′0″. Our comparison guide records 330 lb from the brand’s Amazon comparison chart, while the current product page does not publish a user-weight maximum. Confirm that limit before choosing it specifically for extra capacity.

The PS5200 was in stock on Amazon from Real Relax at around $2,290–2,300, October 2026, a little above the price on Real Relax’s own store.

Tall users and tight rooms: do not force the fit

Neither of these fits users over 6′2″. If you’re short on space, the Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 in our guide reclines about 1 inch from the wall, but it was out of stock on Amazon when we checked. See the guide for the full room-fit comparison.

How we researched this Kahuna review

We haven’t physically tested these chairs. In October 2026 we compared Kahuna’s current catalogue, product pages, manuals and brochure, its warranty, delivery and return policies, and live Amazon listings, checking price, stock and seller before adding any buy button.

We rate chairs on published fit, massage features, room requirements, price and support terms. Where fit data is missing, we say so rather than guess. We don’t invent owner reviews, comfort tests or experts. Read how we choose and rate massage chairs for our full method.

Frequently asked questions

Which Kahuna massage chair is the best value?

The Dios-Hani is the lowest-priced chair currently offered in Kahuna’s five-model store range. It has a 52-inch SL-track, heat and an ottoman, but its manual restricts users to 198 lb and specifies 110V. It is a compact relaxation option rather than a substitute for every enclosed full-body chair.

Is the Dios-7300 in stock or on pre-order?

Both. Kahuna’s own store lists the Dios-7300 as pre-order, but Amazon had it in stock in October 2026 from USA Massage Chair, with dispatch in three to four days.

Is USA Massage Chair on Amazon connected to Kahuna?

As far as we can tell, yes. The Amazon seller’s business name and Los Angeles address match Kahuna’s own contact details. Check the seller at checkout, because Amazon can switch to a different one.

What happened to the Kahuna LM-6800?

The LM-6800 no longer appears in Kahuna’s current chair catalogue. Kahuna identifies the Dios-6800 as its upgraded successor, but that model is on pre-order. Kahuna hasn’t announced a formal discontinuation date.

Does Kahuna provide a three-year warranty on every chair?

No blanket promise is supported by the current policy. Coverage depends on the model and purchase agreement, and unauthorized sellers are excluded. Product pages use different extended-warranty labels. Ask for the actual parts, labour, in-home-service and structural terms in writing for your chosen seller and model.

Can buyers in the UK or Canada use these US listings?

Do not assume US electrical specifications or service terms suit an imported chair. The Hani manual specifies 110V, so a UK plug adaptor alone does not establish compatibility. Kahuna publishes Canadian and international shipping information, but buyers should confirm the correct voltage version, freight, import charges, return costs and local warranty service before ordering.

Which alternatives suit someone over 198 lb or taller?

The Favor-06 and PS5200 offer alternatives to the Hani’s 198 lb restriction, subject to their own limits. Our comparison guide uses a conservative 300 lb for Favor-06 because published figures conflict. PS5200’s chart lists 330 lb, but its product page omits a maximum. The published height guidance stops around 6′1″ and 6′0″ respectively; so neither suits someone over 6′2″.
